Sauvage

Cette semaine, Véro nous propose d'interpréter à notre façon photographique le mot "sauvage". J'ai en premier lieu pensé aux animaux sauvages....et j'ai préféré vous montrer une jolie fleur qui avait l'air un peu perdue parmi le potager qui l'entoure. 

Est-elle vraiment sauvage, cette fleur?

Auto shadow portrait

Shooting shadows is something I had experienced last year when I had Fun With The Sun.

When the opportunity arose again last week, I could not refuse. It is just too tempting to play with the sun and chase your own shadows. 

I was just like a kid.

Abstract escape

Have you ever found yourself not seeing the end of a project? 

When it all starts, the excitement reigns until a dark moment takes over and you wonder whether you'll see the end of it. 

You know that you have to stick to it, live with it.

But still...When will it come to fruition? 

Is there an escape? Are you allowed to escape? 

Or should you go through it until it all goes fine again and you see light. 

Then you realise that your only satisfactory escape is to achieve what you initially aimed for. Eventually you can appreciate the efforts, the pains, the wait...

That's it, you see it now, it's all worth it...

Tiens, on dirait que le message de mon dernier billet est passé. 

Maintenant que le soleil est arrivé, la tentation, c'est de sortir ma robe d'été...

For as much as our lovely blue planet needs rain for its survival (and ours)   

...we've had enough. Please no more rain and no more grey in the sky...

We wish for bright blues to allow us to smile and for colourful vegetation to spring out of the ground to our delight.
